Who We Are

Buildaview is a California residential lot-income planning and design-build company based in Downey, CA (CA License #1148853). We help long-time property owners discover the highest-value use of a single lot through the Income Lot Master Plan – a free fit call followed by a two-step planning and city-confirmation process. Our team is local, Downey-based, and we work in both English and Español.
